1. STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN
In my dream home, my stairway to Heaven is definitely covered in cheetah print and gold railings. I could do without the naked woman statue, and I believe the chandelier should be blingier, but a girl can’t be too picky when walking up this fabulous staircase. I don’t know where this photo is from or where to find the runner other than randomly discovering this image on Pinterest, but you can better believe this got pinned to my dream decor board! Ahhhhh swooooooon.
2. DID SOMEONE CREATE THIS HOT PINK SOFA JUST FOR ME?
First glance. My jaw dropped. Second glance? I swooned. Third glance? I got mad that how does this exist and I don’t have this yet? That’s pretty much my every thought every time I see hot pink anything, and I’m trying to get it under control for the sake of my husband and how I decorate our home. But, #imeancomeonseriously, I NEED THIS hot pink tufted sofa like yesterday. A girl can dream.
3. HIGH FASHION HOME DECOR
I mean, even if a girl can’t afford to stock her closet in Christian Louboutins, she should at least have a canvas of them hanging in her home somewhere. And even better over this black Baroque sofa. The place where I got my bed, Fabulous & Baroque, sells amazing sofas that look just like this and they have amazing customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future! If you are going to indulge in one of their pieces, tell them I sent you their way!
4. POODLES LIGHT UP THE WORLD
If you follow me on Instagram, you know I’m kind of obsessed with my @poodlechild Rhett. He’s my fur child and the joy of my life, and when I saw this poodle lamp, I seriously started wracking my brain of how I can factor this into our own home decor. If only Rhett could have his own bedroom palace for me to decorate, but he insists on sleeping in bed with us so that would be kind of overkill. But don’t think I haven’t thought of it. ha!
5. YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE
I’m not normally a huge fan of yellow in fashion or home decor unless it’s neon, but I adore this rare find I found on Etsy of this sunshine yellow dresser with black trim. I love the Hollywood Regency style of it to add some fanciness to a bedroom, home office or even a nursery for a bold pop of color.
